Introduction of the Faculty

There are 9 fixed members in the team laboratory, including 2 senior seniors, 7 deputy seniors, and more than 30 postdoctoral and doctoral/master students. The fixed members of the laboratory are from Cornell Medical College, University of Toledo, Hopkins University, University of Hong Kong, University of California, San Diego, Nanjing University and other famous universities and research institutes. They have backgrounds in different disciplines such as chemistry, materials science, and molecular biology, and have extensive research experience in their respective disciplines. Utilize nanomaterial technology and the interdisciplinary advantages of multiple disciplines to solve the challenges and bottlenecks faced in the fields of cancer, antibacterial, medical diagnosis of eye diseases and other fields.

Personal Profile

Dr. Jin graduated from the University of Toledo, majoring in medical physics. He is the master and doctoral supervisor, director of the Radiotherapy Center of the First Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University, chairman of the Education and Training Committee of the Asia-Pacific Medical Physics Alliance, associate editor of the American Journal of Applied Clinical Medical Physics, etc. He was also elected into Zhejiang Province Leading Talents Training Program for Colleges and Universities, Zhejiang 151 talent project and rewarded as Zhejiang Province medical field rookies, Wenzhou City High-level Talent Special Support Program Science and Technology Innovation Leading Talents, etc. He has long been engaged in the research of tumor radiation therapy physics and artificial intelligence applications, presided over a National Natural Science research fund, presided over a natural scientific research fund in Zhejiang Province and a major scientific and technological project in Wenzhou, etc. He has 3 national authorized invention patents, 2 utility model patents and published more than 70 papers in domestic and foreign magazines, of which more than 40 were included in the first or communication SCI, and made special oral reports at the annual meeting of the American Society of Medical Physicists and the annual meeting of the International Physical Society for many years. .

SHEN Jianliang

Personal Profile

Dr. Shen, PhD Tutor, received his Ph.D. degree from Sun Yat-Sen University in 2014, and worked as an assistant researcher and postdoctoral fellow at Cornell Medical College from 2012 to 2017. In 2017, he joined the Wenzhou Research Institute of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and the State Key Laboratory of Optometry and Vision Science of Wenzhou Medical University. His research mainly focuses on the exploration of nanomaterials/technology in the biomedical field, which is applied to the integrated application of cancer imaging and treatment, antibacterial, tissue engineering, ophthalmology and other diseases. 23 Chinese and American patents have been authorized; more than 80 related academic papers and 6 ESI 1% papers have been published in international authoritative academic journals. The research was published as the first/corresponding author in mainstream journals such as ACS Nano, Nano Letters, Materials Today, Chemical Society Reviews and IScience, with 2000 citations. At present, he is in charge of more than 10 scientific research projects such as the General and Youth Program of the National Natural Science Foundation, the key project of the Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province, the key special project of the Wenzhou Research Institute and the Wenzhou Natural Science Foundation of Innovation. He has successively won the Fran Award (2010 and 2014), Research Merit Award (2014), MAPTA Travel Award (2017), Huxiang Young Talents, Zhejiang University Young Talents, Zhejiang Qianjiang Talents, Wenzhou Young Talents, etc. In addition, he is also the guest editor of Frontiers in Chemistry and Biosensors, and the youth editorial board member of Chinese Chemical Letters.
